Price;
- Lunch or dinner can be added to the tour for an extra charge of 20 euros.
- Time of the tour is chosen by the client in the time span from 09:00 till 18:00
- Duration of the tour is from 3 to 4 hours.
- The tour price includes a tour of all the sights.
- The trip can be booked as a private or a shared trip.
Important:
• Please check your ticket is correctly booked, your name is correct.
• Name change is allowed till 24 hours prior to trip start.
Cancellation and Refunds
• 50% one day before the trip
• 100% on the day of the trip
• Please note that if you decide to cancel one day before the trip you will be charged 50% of the trip fees, however if you decide to change to any other preferred excursions there will be no fees added.
• You can reschedule free of charge up till 24 hours prior to a trip start time.
• You can cancel by contacting us either via our 24 - hours service phone, or via our service WhatsApp.
• Refund of your trip will be transferred one day after your cancellation.
• Please note that depending on the payment method and your own bank / card issuer it can take up till 2 working weeks to receive money back in your account.
• If any of your booked trips are cancelled, you will be notified either by phone or via a message as soon as possible, and a full - refund will be made.
