We provide our services from the charming city of Hurghada on the Red Sea coast in Egypt

You can view the list of trips provided by our company through the following link https://lamertravelagency.com/en/Egypt-Tours Where you can choose the desired trip and send your request through the trip details page. After that, we will receive your request and contact you to confirm the date and all the details.

Of course, it is preferable to book in advance to ensure the best organization of your trip.
Yes, you can cancel without deducting some expenses as follows:
  • 50% one day before the trip 
  • 100% on the day of the trip 
Notes:
  • Please note that if you decide to cancel one day before the trip you will be charged 50% of the trip fees, however if you decide to change to any other preferred excursions there will be no fees added. 
  • You can reschedule free of charge up till 24 hours prior to a trip start time.
  • You can cancel by contacting us either via our 24 - hours service phone, or via our service WhatsApp.
  • Refund of your trip will be transferred one day after your cancellation.
  • Please note that depending on the payment method and your own bank / card issuer it can take up till 2 working weeks to receive money back in your account. 
  • If any of your booked trips are cancelled, you will be notified either by phone or via a message as soon as possible, and a full - refund will be made.

The safety and well-being of our guests are our top priorities. We adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines set forth by local authorities and health organizations. Our tour guides are trained in first aid and emergency procedures, and we regularly sanitize our vehicles and equipment.

Additionally, we limit group sizes to ensure adequate social distancing and provide personal protective equipment such as masks and hand sanitizer to all participants.
